I guess sometimes, there's just nothing like the classic designs. Otherwise, the best today, like John Hayson, wouldn't bother borrowing these ideas for their modern buildings.

What our ancient builders had with them was precision and hard labor, it is really something to admire and to take notes of, a good structural designer would have based his designs on buildings that have withstood the test of time and put a modern twist to it, truly the mark of a great designer.
